Juliet created Source as a space for rest and connection, deeply rooted in yogic tradition yet designed for the modern world. Reflecting her extensive experience and personal journey, Source is a welcoming haven where others can pause, breathe, and find balance.

Juliet has studied under esteemed teachers such as Vidya Heisel, Jim Tarren, Mollie McLelland Morris, and Dina Cohen; and is deeply grateful to all the teachers past and present who have offered support and guidance. Her ongoing professional development takes inspiration from Peter Blackaby, Scaravelli, Laban, Somatics, the Franklin Method and iRest — all of which point to the idea of working with the nervous system and finding ways to listen to the body on a deep level.

Juliet’s down-to-earth style makes her classes and recordings a refreshing place where you can unwind and recharge without the fluff.

She has a background in the arts, over twelve years of dedicated yoga and meditation practice and nine years teaching studio classes, corporate classes and online content. Studios include Stretch, the Well Garden and Supply Yoga. Private clients include Lululemon and Allpress.
